Wellness Programs & Corporate Perks:
Many corporations, hospice centers, nursing homes, treatment centers, hospitals, and veterinary clinics have begun establishing wellness programs in their facilities. If you would like to include Reiki or meditation in your wellness program, please contact us at (312) 909-1820 and we will be happy to help! We can also travel to your business for a holiday treat or on a weekly or monthly basis to provide Reiki or meditation services for you, your clients and your employees! Please note that we require $500 minimum to book us offsite as well as reimbursement of hotel, and travel if you are located farther than 2 hours from our office.

Office Sessions: If you are paying at the time of service we will accept cash only. Twenty four hour notification is required to reschedule or cancel an appointment. Should you arrive late, please be aware that your appointment will still end at its scheduled end time as a courtesy to those scheduled after you. Late arrivals will be required to pay 100% of the original service fee regardless of the ultimate appointment duration. Missed appointments will be billed 100% of the service fee.
Distance Sessions, Classes & Products: by subscribing to, ordering, or using any of our products or services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to the terms of use regarding this site, our products and services. Missed classes will be billed 100% of the fee unless you reschedule with us 1 week prior. Virtuality reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the class if minimum enrollment has not been met. In the event class is canceled, your full enrollment fee will be refunded within 24 hrs.
Group Session Subscribers: Your initial charge will be the monthly amount for the service you choose and you will be charged that same amount every month thereafter. Subscribe for as long as you like and your subscription can be canceled at any time.
